I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Oakland and East Bay area, and I'm looking forward to supporting you on your discovery and healing journey.

I am a cisgender African American woman and a Southern California transplant now living on Ohlone land in Northern California. I started Cloud Chiron Therapy because I grew tired of doing things the system's way.

I believe you deserve care that actually sees you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

This profession found me. And I bring my whole self to it including my own daily commitment to discovery and healing. I practice what I preach, not from a place of perfection, but from genuine lived experience.

From our very first session, I release the expert role and hand it to you because you are the expert on your own life. I see each client as a unique masterpiece, and it is my privilege to learn how that masterpiece was made. Together we explore what lies beneath your emotional pain, examine the narratives that may be keeping you stuck, and find where releasing control opens the door to real freedom. Many of my clients reach a quiet revelation after we begin working together: "You mean, it doesn't have to be this way?"

I specialize in working with adults ages 18–40, with a particular focus on Black women and communities of color who have felt unseen or underserved by traditional mental health systems. I offer culturally responsive, psychodynamic therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and insomnia including CBT-I, one of the most effective evidence-based treatments for chronic sleep struggles.

When I'm not with clients, you can find me painting one of my never-ending projects, swimming laps, browse a bookstore, cooking, catching a flight, or at a concert.
